Return policy
How can I return my order?
You can return your order to us within 14 days. We
want to make returning orders convenient for you while conserving resources. For this reason, we no longer include paper return slips with our packages.
If you would like to return an order, you can easily request your return slip online.
Please note that your return is only free if you use the prepaid return label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping, as we unfortunately cannot refund postage costs.
If you would like to return items from your order, please note the following:
- Always return individual items and sets to us complete and in their original packaging.

Please indicate the quantity of returned items on the return slip and enclose it with your package.

Attach the prepaid return label to your package and send it back to us.
Returns in store:
If you wish, you can of course return any items from the Douglas range that
you ordered online free of charge to any Douglas perfumery.
To return an item to one of our Douglas stores, you will need the delivery note or the
digital invoice that was sent to you via email. If you no longer
have the email, you can find the digital invoice in your customer account at douglas.de under
"My Orders" and the order you wish to return.
Exceptions for in-store returns:
The following items cannot be returned/exchanged in one of our Douglas stores
:
- Products delivered to you by one of our marketplace partners
- If you have chosen Klarna or PayPal as your payment method
